Guitar Class
Why Choose Guitar?
-
Learn from passionate guitarists with years of performance and teaching experience. Our teachers are friendly, encouraging, and committed to helping students grow in both skill and confidence.
-
Age is never a barrier at our centre. Our flexible teaching approach allows students from 6 years olds - adults to start learning guitar and play something meaningful from their very first lesson.
-
Students are regularly given opportunities to perform in concerts and showcases, helping them build stage confidence, musical expression, and a love for performing in front of an audience.
-
Our lessons are designed to be enjoyable and motivating, using a variety of activities to develop technique, musicianship, and creativity, while keeping learning exciting.
-
Every lesson is tailored to the individual. We take the time to understand each student’s interests, goals, and learning style to ensure meaningful progress.

HSC Music 1
Exam Preparation
For students undertaking HSC Music 1, we offer targeted preparation and mentoring across all assessment components. With experience supporting Band 6–level outcomes, our teachers guide students using in-depth knowledge of the NSW syllabus.
-
Students are supported in developing a high-quality performance aligned with HSC marking criteria. Whether playing acoustic or electric guitar, students receive constructive feedback and focused refinement to achieve their best possible result.
-
We help students confidently articulate their musical knowledge within the Viva Voce assessment. Lessons focus on developing clear, concise responses that address the five concepts of music while allowing students to discuss areas of personal musical interest.
-
With experience guiding compositions that have achieved A-range results, we support students through the creative process, from idea development to refinement. Students are encouraged to experiment, take creative risks, and develop original compositions that meet HSC standards while expressing their own musical voice.
