Help your child become a more confident speaker with our Public Speaking Crash Course for Kids at Sounds N Shapes Blacktown. This engaging workshop series is designed to help children build confidence, organise their ideas, improve their delivery, and present clearly in front of an audience.
Across four practical workshops, students will develop the core skills needed for public speaking, from confidence and speech writing to voice control, body language, memorisation, and delivery. The course concludes with a Showcase on Stage, giving students the opportunity to present in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This practical 4-workshop course helps students develop confidence, speech structure, expression, body language, memorisation, and delivery skills, followed by a Showcase on Stage where they can present in a supportive environment.

Workshop 1 – 5 September 2026
Confidence & Foundations
Students build confidence, practise speaking in front of others, and learn the foundations of strong public speaking.
Workshop 2 – 19 September 2026
Speech Writing & Structure
Students learn how to organise their ideas and write a clear, engaging speech.
Workshop 3 – 3 October 2026
Voice, Expression & Body Language
Students develop stage presence by learning how to use their voice, facial expression, posture, and body language effectively.
Workshop 4 – 10 October 2026
Memorisation & Delivery Skills
Students learn strategies to remember their script and deliver their speech with more confidence and impact.
Showcase on Stage – 17 October 2026
Students present their prepared speech in a supportive stage setting.
